Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellations

Elipano values your satisfaction. If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing team.elipano@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours. If the item has not yet shipped, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. If the item has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the Returns process below.

Returns

If your order has been delivered and you need to return it, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery:

1.Email: team.elipano@gmail.com

2.Include:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
• Photographs showing any defect or damage (if applicable)
• Brief description of the reason for return

We’ll review your request and respond within 2 working days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other approved returns, you are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
• Refunds & Exchanges
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, allow 5–7 working days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.
  • To request an exchange for a different size or color, specify this in your return email; exchanges are subject to stock availability.
